For Beginners, Meat

Ingredients :
250 gms mutton, minced,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
3/4 tsp garam masala,
1 large onion, finely chopped,
Salt to taste,
Oil to fry,
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves.

Method:
In a deep frying pan, heat oil and add the chopped onion and saute till it turns transparent. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala, mix well and fry for a minute. Add minced meat, mix well, sprinkle some water. Cover and cook till meat is fully cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
