Pesto Pasta Dressing

Dips and Sauces

Ingredients:
3, 1″ cubes Parmesan Cheese,
18-20 basil leaves,
5-6 cloves of garlic,
1 small onion,
3 tbsp pine nuts,
1/2 cup Olive oil,
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a grinder or a blender and blend to a smooth paste. Pour over pasta and serve.
