Vinaigrette Sauce or Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
4 tbsp white vinegar,
1/2 tsp mustard powder or mustard paste as per taste,
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper powder,
Salt to taste.

Method:
In a bowl mix pepper, mustard powder, salt and vinegar, keep stirring till salt dissolves. Then slowly add olive oil and
beat well with a fork. This salad dressing tastes delicious and gives a glaze to your salad.
