Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, halved,
Lettuce leaves as per choice,
Yellow and red bell peppers as per choice,
2 long bread or tortillas.
Marinade-
1/4 cup beer,
1/4 cup Olive oil,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
2-3 cloves garlic, minced,
1/4 tsp cumin powder,
1/2 tsp dried oregano,
1/4 tsp pepper,
1/4 tsp paprika or red chilli flakes,
1 tbsp chopped cilantro or coriander,
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp pinch of sugar,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Combine all the ingredients of the marinade and marinate chicken breasts into it for an hour in the refrigerator. Grill the chicken on heat some oil in a pan and fry from both the sides till cooked and nice golden in color. Saute the peppers in the same pan with little salt and pepper. Now heat the tortillas or bread, spread lettuce leaves, sauted peppers and chicken breasts (you can also cut the chicken into small pieces) top with pepper if you like and roll the tortilla or cover with bread. Chicken Fajita is ready to be served.
