Salted Biscuits

These crunchy biscuits are best tea-time snacks and to munch when you have nothing to do :)

Ingredients:
1 cup rava,
1 cup wheat flour,
40gms vanaspati ghee or butter,
2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds),
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tsp baking powder,
Water as per requirement.

Method:
Preheat the oven at 150C for 5-7 minutes. Mix all the ingredients one by one, add little water at a time and knead a dough similar to that like chapati. Make small balls and roll a thick chapati (roti or indian bread) and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or any small lid. Grease a baking tray, place these biscuits on it and bake at 150C for 10-12 minutes. Keep a watch on the color. Remove and let them cool before you eat :)
