Ingredients:
1/2 cup coarsely crumbled blue cheese,
3/4 cup olive oil,
1/2 cup mayonnaise,
1/2 cup sour cream,
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 tsp yellow mustard powder,
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together cream, mayonnaise, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce till smooth and creamy. Then sprinkle garlic powder, mustard, salt, pepper, mix well. Blend in the blue cheese and refrigerate before using.
