Greek Vegetable Salad

Quickies, Salads

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber; chopped,
2 plum tomatoes; chopped,
5-6 black Greek olives; pitted and sliced,
1 cup Feta Cheese; crumbled,
1 red onion; halved and thinly sliced,
Romaine Lettuce leaves; torn into bite-size pieces,

For the dressing-
2 tbsp olive oil,
2 tsp lemon juice,
1 tsp dried oregano,
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar,
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Mix together all the ingredients of dressing. Mix together all the other ingredients except cheese. Then add the dressing to the vegetables and sprinkle cheese and serve.
