Ingredients:
1 cup cucumber; grated,
1 cup carrot; grated,
1 cup lettuce; grated,
1 cup spinach; shredded,
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves,
3-4 mint leaves,
Salt, Sugar and Pepper to taste,
Crushed ice.
Method:
Blend all the vegetables in the blender till smooth. Pass it through a sieve if you want. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Add crushed ice to the glasses and pour the cocktail over it.
