Corn Tarts

Mood for a quick munch? Prepare this yummy recipes in 5 minutes and satisfy those taste buds.

Ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn; boiled with little salt and lemon juice,
15 Tart shells,
3/4 cup low fat mayonnaise or hung curd,
1/2 cup chopped red and green pepper,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Parsley or coriander leaves to garnish.

Method:
Mix together corn, mayonnaise, peppers, salt and peppers. Fill in the tart shells, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
