Ingredients:
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese,
3 tbsp shredded Mild Cheddar cheese,
Pitted Olives (black or green as per your choice); sliced,
Jalapeno peppers; chopped,
Salt and pepper to taste,
2 tbsp flour,
Water,
Bread crumbs to coat,
Oil for deep frying.
Method:
In a bowl, combine both the cheeses with olives and Jalapeno peppers, season with some salt and pepper if you want. Prepare small balls out of this mixture. In another bowl, prepare a paste of flour, salt, pepper and water. Spread bread crumbs in a shallow dish and heat oil in a wok for frying.
Take each ball, dip into the flour batter, roll into bread crumbs and drop into hot oil. Fry on medium flame until crisp.
Tip:
You can also bake these pops if you do not want them fried.
