Coriander Mint Dip

This recipe can be used as a dip, sauce or also as a salad dressing.

Ingredients:
1 cup coriander, finely chopped,
1 cup spring onion greens, finely chopped,
2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves,
4 tbsp red chilli oil,
2″ inch ginger, finely chopped,
2 tbsp soy sauce,
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
In a bowl mix together red chilli oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it aside for some time. In another bowl mix coriander, spring onions, mint and ginger. Add the oil mixture to it and mix well. Serve with steamed snacks like dimsims, won tons, etc.

Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tbsp honey,
1 tsp lime juice,
1 tbsp fish sauce, (optional)
1 tbsp red chilli sauce,
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for some time, so that all the flavors blend well with each other.

Red Hot Chutney

Ingredients:
5 dry red chillies(Kashmiri), deseeded and soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.
8-10 cloves garlic,
1 tsp coriander seeds,
1 tbsp oil,
1/2 tsp salt,
3 tbsp vinegar,
1/2 tsp soy sauce.

Red Hot Chutney

Method:
Grind the soaked chillies along with some water and all the other ingredients except soy sauce. To this add the soy sauce
as per taste. Mix well and serve with hot momos or wontons or with any noodles and rice.
