Ingredients: 2 cups dry figs (Anjeer), 1 tsp ground elaichi (green cardamom), 250ml milk, 4 tbsp sugar, Sliced Almonds and Pistachios Method: In a pot add milk, dry figs and sugar and cook until milk is reduced. Then add ground elaichi, mix and switch off the flame. Serve in a bowl and garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.

Ingredients: 1 litre milk, 1/3 cup rice, 1/4 cup figs; chopped, 1/4 cup dates; deseeded and chopped, A pinch of saffron, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 tsp ground cardamom, Sliced almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts to garnish.
