Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup besan (gram flour), 1 cup sour curd or buttermilk, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1-2 green chillies; finely chopped, A pinch of asafoetida, Salt to taste, A tbsp of chopped coriander leaves, Oil.
