Ingredients: 6 strawberries, 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 cup whole fat milk, (try low fat if you want a low calorie smoothie) 1 cup water, 2 tbsp skim milk powder. A delicious dessert and yet low in calories. We are using yogurt instead of cream and replace sugar with any sugar free agent. Ingredients: 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup low fat sweetened yogurt; beaten till smooth and creamy, 3-4 cookies of your choice, 3-4 tbsp sugar (optional). Method: Blend the raspberries till smooth.
