Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup sugar,
4 cinnamon sticks,
Lemon and Malta slices,
2 cups (16 oz) pineapple juice,
2 cups orange juice,
1 bottle red wine,
1/2 cup lemon juice,
1/2 cup rum (or as per taste).
Method:
Boil sugar, cinnamon and three slices of lemon in 3/4th cup water for 5 minutes and strain. Mix all the other ingredients and heat separately (Do not boil). Combine this with the syrup and transfer to serving glasses. Garnish with malta slices and serve hot.
