Ingredients:
200gms Paneer, cut into cubes,
3 onions, finely chopped,
2 pieces of 1″ ginger,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
1/2 tsp garam masala,
1 tomato, finely chopped,
1 green chilli, finely chopped,
1 tej patta(bay leaf),
1/2 cup beaten curd,
1/2 tsp pepper powder,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Water.
Method:
In a pan. heat some oil put tej patta(bay leaf) and onion and fry till onion turns transparent. Reduce the flame and add ginger, green chilli and turmeric powder. Mix well and then add chopped tomato. Cook on low flame till it becomes soft. Then add red chilli powder and beaten curd, cook till the gravy dries. Add some water and salt, mix and then add paneer. Mix well so that the masala coats paneer, add chopped coriander leaves and pepper. Serve with parathas.
