Ingredients: 200gms ground almonds, 200gms caster sugar, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp of ground cardamom. Method: Beat till soft. Rub rose water to your palms and then roll this dough into small balls/patties. Prick an almond on each of these balls. Bake them at 160C till they turn nice light brown.
