Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves; coarsely chopped,
3/4 cup light mayonnaise,
1/4 cup sour cream or low fat yogurt,
1/4 cup chopped parsley,
2-3 scallions with greens; chopped,
3 tbsp red wine vinegar,
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp yellow mustard powder,
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper,
2 cloves garlic; finely chopped.
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Use in your favorite salad.
