Ingredients:
250 gms boneless chicken, cut into cubes,
1 large onion,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
3 green chillies,
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves,
6-8 cloves of garlic,
2″ ginger,
3 cloves (laung),
2 small pieces of cinnamon (dalchini),
Salt to taste and 1/4 cup oil.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile grind together all the ingredients except salt and oil, to a smooth paste. Then marinate the chicken with this paste for an hour, the more the better.
Later heat oil in a frying pan, and fry the marinated chicken till they are fully cooked and nice roasted brown in color.
