Ingredients:
100gms strawberries along with the stems,
100gms white chocolate,
100gms dark chocolate.
Method:
Melt white chocolate using the double boiler method. Then dip each strawberry in the white chocolate to coat them half way and refrigerate them. While this chocolate sets, melt the dark chocolate using the double boiler method. When the white chocolate has set well, dip the other half of each strawberry in dark chocolate and let them set again in the refrigerator. Serve directly from the refrigerator.
