Ingredients:
1 Vanilla Sponge Cake,
1 Chocolate Sponge Cake,
2 cups fresh cream+1/2 cup Icing sugar, beaten till soft and light,
Cherries as per choice, deseeded and chopped,
Chocolate sauce as per taste,
Grated chocolate or chocolate chips to coat the cake.
Method:
Cut the vanilla sponge cake into two equal slices. Take one slice and spread lots of cream and top with chocolate sauce and sprinkle chopped cherries over it. Now place the chocolate sponge cake over it. Spread cream, chocolate sauce and cherries. Place the last vanilla sponge cake slice over it. Now spread the cream on this layer and all over the cake. Coat the edge of the cake with grated chocolate. Spread chocolate sauce on half portion and cherries on the other half. Yummy choco vanila layered cream cake is ready to be served.
