Ingredients:
1 cup corn; coarsely ground,
1/2 cup spring onion greens; finely chopped
2 small potatoes; boiled, peeled and mashed,
1 cup onion; finely chopped,
5 cloves garlic; finely chopped,
1 tsp ginger; finely chopped,
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,
2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp soy sauce,
Salt to taste,
Sooji or rava for coating,
Oil for frying.
Method:
Heat butter in a pan and saute onion till it turns transparent. Then add garlic, ginger, corn, spring onion greens, coriander leaves, soy sauce, red chilli flakes and salt. Remove from flame and let it cool. Then add boiled potatoes and make small round or elongated balls, roll in sooji. Heat oil for frying in a kadhai (wok) and fry these croquettes on a low-medium flame till crisp.
