Gobhi Fry (Cauliflower Fry)

Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower; cleaned and cut into florets,
2 onions; chopped,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
3/4 tsp red chilli powder,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Chopped coriander leaves to garnish.

Method:
Heat oil in a kadhai, add onion and fry on low flame till soft. Then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix. Then add washed cauliflower florets, mix well and cover and cook till cauliflower is tender. Uncover and stir occasionally. Then add salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
