Ingredients:
1/2 cup green olives (without pits),
1/2 cup black olives (without pits),
1/2 tsp minced garlic,
1/2 tsp capers,
1 tbsp tomato paste,
Oregano to taste,
1/4 cup olive oil.
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processer and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of oil to get the right consistency.
TIPS:
1. Make your own variation by adding some cheese spread to it.
2. Also try different olives to prepare the spread.
