Ingredients:
1 cup Rice flour,
1/2 cup besan (gram flour),
1 medium size onion, finely chopped,
1 medium size tomato finely chopped,
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves,
1/2 tsp chopped green chilli or 3/4 tsp red chilli powder,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Water.
Method:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil and water. Add water to this mixture slowly and mix well until it forms a dropping consistency. In a flat tawa, heat some oil and spread a spoonful of mixture over it. Spread some oil from the sides if required. Fry till it turns golden brown and turn. Spread some oil and fry evenly on both the sides.
Serve with tomato ketchup or curd.
