Ingredients:
1 small raw papaya; grated,
2 tomatoes; deseeded and cut into long stripes,
1/2 cup beans; blanched,
1/2 cup sprouts,
2 green or red chillies; chopped,
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar,
1 tsp sugar,
1 tbsp soy sauce,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and serve chilled.
