Ingredients:
1 cup mutter(green peas),
2 tbsp chopped pudina(mint leaves),
1 small onion, sliced,
1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds),
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Water
Method:
Boil green peas with some water and a pinch of salt. In a kadhai(wok), heat some oil, add some mustard seeds. When they splutter add sliced onions and fry well. Then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Also add chopped mint leaves, fry for a minute and add the boiled peas. Put salt and some water, mix well. Cover with lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium low flame.
Serve hot with parathas or dal rice.
