Vegetable Coleslaw Sandwich

Ingredients:

8 slices of white or brown bread,

1 cup shredded cabbage,

1 cup shredded carrot,

1/2 cup or more mayonnaise (as per choice),

Salt and pepper to taste,

1 tsp sugar,

1 tbsp white vinegar.

Method:

Cut the edges of the bread if you like. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. Spread the coleslaw salad on the bread slices, prepare sandwiches and cut into desired shapes. Serve with tomato ketchup.

TIP:

1. Prepare the dressing with cabbage and carrots and refrigerate it for 1-2 days. Whenever you want to prepare the sandwich, simply spread it on the bread slices and serve.

2. You can also prepare the sandwiches at night, wrap them in a cling film and refrigerate them for the next day.
